Essential post-transition reassurance with access to guidance notes, video explainers, check sheets and policy documents. Quarterly group video meetings to share experiences and knowledge. Access to solicitor advice on technical points (additional fees may apply)

EOT calm

Taking the stress out of EOT compliance. Enhancing the support provided in EOT cool and adding to it company secretarial support for the EOT trust company. Maintenance and filings of trust company documents (confirmation statements and appointments of trustee directors). A more specific reassurance for your EOT.

EOT collected

Peace of mind for EOT companies with the support set out in EOT cool and calm and adding to it company secretarial of the principle company owned by the EOT. Governance sorted, compliance checked and EOT assured!
